Clear steps. Steady momentum. An on-time launch.
Churches, nonprofits, and local businesses have limited time and budgets to steward well. Our process keeps decisions simple, payments tied to visible progress, and your website moving toward launch in 30–45 days.

A 14-day window for your content and placeholder layouts mean the build never waits on a missing photo.
Stewardship
Two focused revision rounds and quotes before any new work keep your budget predictable and well spent.
On-time launches
A 45-day milestone, team training, and a 14-day warranty get you live and confident, not stuck in endless drafts.
Setting expectations early
What if we don’t have our text, bios, or photos ready yet?
That’s common, and it won’t hold you back. After kickoff you have a 14-day window to send your text, staff and leadership bios, and photos, and we send a simple checklist so you know exactly what to gather.
If something isn’t ready, we build with placeholder layouts so design and development keep moving, then drop your content in as it arrives. Our 45-day milestone keeps every project on track: at that point we complete the final milestone with the content we have, and anything that comes in later can be added during your Care Plan.
Do you write the copy and take the photos?
Your core text, bios, and photos come from you, since nobody tells your story better than your own people. We give guidance on what each page needs, and we polish formatting and structure as we add it.
If you would rather hand the writing off, add our Done-For-You Copywriting option and we will interview your team and write the core pages for you.
How many revisions are included?
Every project includes two structured revision rounds on the design before development begins. Gathering feedback in focused rounds keeps decisions clear and your launch date on schedule.
Once the design is approved and building starts, changes to the site’s structure, such as new page types, reworked layouts, or new features, are billed hourly. We always quote that work and get your approval before starting.
What happens after the website goes live?
We walk your team through a 60-minute training session so you can confidently update events, staff, news, and pages yourself. Your 14-day post-launch warranty covers anything that isn’t working as built, at no charge.
After that, our monthly Care & Hosting Plans keep your site secure, backed up, updated, and supported, so you never have to wonder who to call.
